Trial Hair & Make-up for Pre-Nup: Som Garcia

Last July 23, I did a hair & make-up trial for lovely Som Garcia for her upcoming Pre-Nuptial shoot with fiance Macky in Bataan.

Was glad, she loved it and booked me for the shoot which we had last Aug. 3 with premiere Wedding Photogrpaher Oly Ruiz...can't wait for the final results of that shoot... =) Thanks again Som, had a blast working with you and Macky! =)

Recent Portfolio Shoot

Sorry for being inactive in the blogosphere for a while. Been busy since I got back from HK last week. Anyway, sharing with you initial photos from the portfolio shoot we did last Sunday, May 15.

I actually did 3 make-up looks for this shoot, but these photos only show 2 of them. Will post more pics as soon as I get copies from the photographer... :)

BTW, it was actually my first time to use Graftobian HD Glamour Creme Foundation with the Graftobian HD Pro Powder...This combo is really perfect for photography!... =)

2nd Time's A Charm!!! Style Origin- Fashion Beats @ Glorietta

Thanks again to RB Chanco, I was one of the make-up artists in last Sunday's 3rd installment of Ayala Malls' Style Origin Fashion show at Greenbelt. It was my second time to do a fashion show and my second time to do makeup for Top Model Ornussa Cadness, yay!

QOnline Relaunch

Four years ago, my dear friend Mea and I, started out an online store, aptly named QOnline, given our surnames both start with the letter Q.  We started out selling thrifted clothes under the brand QVintage and ventured out into fashion accessories and other clothing. In 2009, we took a hiatus as I got married and got pregnant and gave birth this year.

Anyway, prior to our 10.10.10 relaunch, we did a photoshoot especially for the latest collection of  QVintage. Mea and I grabbed this opportunity to do the make-up and styling of our model, Vart. Below are some outtakes from the shoot:

80's Theme for Agency Idol 2010

Last September 23, Fox had the Agency Idol 2010 competition at the NBC tent. Because of mommy duties, I wasn't able to go (as it normally ends late in the evening.) But this didn't stop me from grabbing the opporunity to practice my make-up skills especially since the theme was the 80's--think bold outrageous hues!...

Below are some of the looks I made for the night, one of whom bagged the Best in Costume. Teehee!
